[Rumor] - iPhone Update 2

HardMac.com is reporting a survey by Apple and Orange hints to the following information regarding the much anticipated firmware update/release next week Tuesday.

From HardMac: http://www.hardmac.com/news/2008-02-18/#7797

I am sending you an email to announce a survey by Apple.

A call to Orange France customer service gave some confirmations, some answers, some expected, others less so ...

-- Update 2 (this would be the correct name, not 1.1.4), will bring new features:
* Support for Flash, files with extension .Docx
* Adding a mini file manager
* Adding a "clipboard" to manage copied and pasted text, and send files to the clipboard via email or bluetooth
* iClips Management (is this the name of apps distributed via iTunes?)
* A more complete bluetooth manager
* iChat accessible only via wifi

-- But it would not bring:
* Management of MMS
* Video capture
* Editing of office files

It is almost impossible to know if this is reliable information from an employee of Orange who carried out this survey ... .
But one thing is certain, the survey was commissioned by Apple ... And the updating of firmwire will be out in a few days ...
If any of the above is true, then wow, copy and paste, flash and bluetooth file transfer are the most wanted features of the iphone, but i am sure bluetooth file transfer will have its limitations, because Apple does NOT want us sharing music, movies or podcast that we purchased with others for free.. lol..

With the upcoming event next week expect allot of rumors about the SDK and firmware.

As a iPhone user on an non-at&t network I find I need to follow some of the news around unlocking and jail breaking and what not. I however have yet to figure out why one would want to downgrade the boot-loader so why would you.
